If your problem domain is complex, then the software model representing your domain should be divided into multiple bounded contexts. That means subsystems with clear boundaries. This is one of the most, if not the most, important pattern from Domain Driven Design. It is often said to belong to the strategic patterns. If You get your strategic boundaries right, you will have a much higher probalility of becomming successfull with software development.
